Shipping policy
We do our best to ship orders within 24 business hours. Some orders may take a few days to process depending on order volume. Orders that contain a product on backorder will ship as a complete order when all items are available. Any order placed after 12:00 pm ESTĀ on Saturday/Sunday will begin processing the following business day in the order of receipt.
Once an order is placed and has been "marked as shipped," that order is final and cannot be changed.Ā
We currently do not ship pest control products to Indiana, Maine, New Mexico, North Dakota, or South Dakota because our labels are not registered with the state.Ā
